Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Carrier

IKORE primarily ships orders through UPS. Depending on your location or package size, we may occasionally use another trusted carrier to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your package leaves our fulfillment facility.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. IKORE is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to update your information before your order ships.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

International Shipping
