Acceptance of These Terms
Welcome to IKORE (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”)
govern your access to and use of ikoreculture.com, including all related websites,
products, services, content, features, and functionality (collectively, the “Site”). By
accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy
Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make
purchases. By using the Site, you represent that the information you provide is
accurate, complete, and current.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel orders
due to pricing errors, inventory limitations, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other fulfillment concerns. Prices, promotions, specifications, and availability may change without notice. By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment processor to
charge your selected payment method for the full purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.
6. Product Information, Colors & Sizing
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display products. Actual colors may vary
based on screens and lighting. Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing
information before ordering. Minor variations in color, print placement, fabric texture, or
manufacturing are not defects.

Terms by reference.
8. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on or available through the Site (including our company name,
trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, artwork, apparel
designs, product designs, product names, collection names, affirmations, slogans, trade
dress, website design, software, text, written content, and other proprietary materials) is
owned by or licensed to IKORE and protected by United States and international
intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified,
sold, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission. All rights not expressly
granted are reserved by IKORE. Nothing on the Site grants any license or ownership
interest in our intellectual property.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to violate any law; infringe another's rights; upload malware or harmful code; interfere with the Site; gain unauthorized access; scrape or harvest Site
information; impersonate another person or organization; or otherwise misuse the Site.
We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access at our sole discretion.
10. User Content
If you submit reviews, testimonials, comments, photos, videos, or other content, you
grant IKORE a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable,
sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, and promote
that content in connection with our business. You represent you have the necessary
rights to submit such content.
11. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, may
expire without notice, and may be modified or cancelled at our discretion.
12. Third-Party Websites
We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, or privacy practices
linked from the Site.
13. Inspirational Content Disclaimer
Affirmations and inspirational content are intended solely to encourage and inspire and
do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AND
AVAILABLE TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE
SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IKORE, ITS OWNER,
CONTRACTORS, CONSULTANTS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, BRAND,
AMBASSADORS, VOLUNTEERS, INTERNS, FELLOWS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS,
AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY
SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO IKORE DURING THE
TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IKORE from claims, liabilities,
damages, losses, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your
use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
17. Force Majeure
IKORE shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable
control, including natural disasters, pandemics, cyberattacks, supply chain disruptions,
governmental actions, mother nature, catastrophic or similar events.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Exclusive jurisdiction
lies in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
19. Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. IKORE
may assign these Terms without restriction in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale
of assets, or business reorganization.
20. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
21. No Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IKORE.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting with
an updated date.
24. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for any reason, including
violations of these Terms.
25. Survival
The provisions relating to Intellectual Property, User Content, Disclaimers, Limitation of
Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, Assignment, payment obligations, and any
provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
